Tracy-Ann Hyman

Tracy-Ann is a geo-scientist working in the field of environmental sciences, disaster management, information and communication technologies, and entrepreneurship. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Environment Management at the University of the West Indies, with a focus on data-driven decision models for flood planning in rural communities across the Caribbean. She has a keen interest in researching topics related to climate change vulnerability, adaptation, and resilience, and is an ACU Futures Climate Research Cohort Member, a Fulbright Scholar, a World Social Sciences Fellow, and a Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholar. Tracy-Ann is focusing on strengthening the IAI’s engagement in the Caribbean region.
