Soledad Noya supports the work of the Executive Director in the various cooperation initiatives. She also contributes to other responsibilities including head of protocol and national focal points liaison.
She participates in the planning and development of different IAI activities and projects, bringing her analytical and problem-solving approach. She has developed, launched and implemented the IAI’s first version of the IAI open data portal, an innovative project which reflected well the IAI’s role in the provision of scientific information for the development of more effective public policies.
As part of her work, she advises the Executive Director in various delicate discussions with Governments and in communication with other officials. She also mentors new staff in the use of protocol to communicate with government officials and ministries of foreign affairs. She acts as the gateway of the Governments representatives to the IAI.
Soledad has a diploma in South-South and Triangular Cooperation from the National University of Córdoba and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Crandon University.
